Why Andorra is a strategic destination for your investment

Andorra has established itself as one of Europe’s most attractive destinations for investors and professionals seeking a favourable tax environment, a high quality of life and political stability. The Principality offers a maximum personal income tax rate of 10%, with no wealth tax or inheritance tax on direct relatives, and a corporation tax rate of 10%, one of the lowest in Europe.

To obtain residency in Andorra there are several pathways: active residency (for those who carry out an economic activity in the country), passive residency (for investors and people of independent means), and residency for professionals with international projection. Each category has specific requirements for minimum investment, physical presence and documentation. A real estate investment of at least 600,000 euros is one of the requirements for passive residency.
