The processing of personal data carried out by Versus Andorra is governed by Law 29/2021, qualified, on the protection of personal data, of the Principality of Andorra, and its implementing regulations, under the supervision of the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA). Given that a relevant part of our customers reside in Spain, France and other European Union countries, we voluntarily align our practices with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) where applicable.
We collect personal data through the following channels:
Personal data will be retained for as long as the relationship with the data subject is maintained and, once it has ended, for the applicable statutory limitation periods for liabilities that may arise from the processing. Data provided via the contact form with no subsequent follow-up will be retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless the data subject requests their erasure prior to the expiry of this period.

In such cases, Versus Andorra requires its providers to furnish adequate guarantees for data protection, such as standard contractual clauses or adherence to recognised transfer frameworks.

Versus Andorra applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure, including the use of encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to systems storing customer information.
The services offered through this website are intended for adults. Versus Andorra does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
Property photographs and videos published for marketing purposes are taken with the knowledge and, where applicable, the express consent of the owner. If a published image contains identifiable personal data of third parties, they may request its removal by contacting us via the means indicated in section 9.
